Because Shilajit is an ingestible product, we adhere to strict safety and hygiene standards to protect our community.
Unopened Products: We accept returns on unopened, sealed jars within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the sealed product, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened Products: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on any opened or unsealed jars.
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at metanoia.n.co@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly send a replacement.
