Stainless Steel Shilajit Spoon

Metanoia&Co. shilajit is a dense resin sourced from Mongolia’s Altai Mountains. Its earthy, smoky, naturally bitter character and temperature-sensitive texture are normal features of the resin. Use a clean, dry utensil and keep the jar tightly closed in a cool, dry place.

Start with a rice-grain-sized amount—approximately 250mg—and follow the directions on your product label. Dissolve it in warm (not boiling) water or tea, or take it under the tongue or with water. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or are managing a health condition, speak with a qualified healthcare professional before use.

Keep the lid tightly closed and store the jar in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, excess heat and moisture. Refrigeration is not required. The resin may firm when cool and soften when warm; that texture change is normal. Do not add water directly to the jar.
